Was not very hungry tonight so, just decided to have a huge salad. I'm doing some research on intermittent fasting. It's supposed to help you lose weight and it good for your body too. Just reading right now. Although, it wouldn't be hard for me to do because I go 12-15 hours without eating now. I guess the older you are the less you eat and the more you sleep...
