OK, I have again started a round of whole30. For those that don't know what that is, it is eating without any sugar or dairy and very few carbs to find what your body is having problem dealing with. Mine is OK with diary, as long as it's just a small amount. I still can have some cheese and cottage cheese. I am a carb-a-holic, so this is challenging to me. So, my meals might be a little boring for the next month. I'm starting now because my birthday is in March and I want to be able to eat what I want on that day. Hubby is doing his own version because he eats onions, mushrooms and peppers and all the stuff my body won't let me have. He is adding in brown rice, I am not. But, I can have sweet potatoes and squash which I love.
Tonight I had... My original salad with hard boiled egg and Swiss cheese 1/2 pound of Arby's roast beef..(No bun and no other added ingredients) This really fills me up.
Hubby had... Brown Rice with stir fry veggies.
