Berry Dessert Slush
Ingredients:
1 46-ounce bottle cranberry juice, chilled 1 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries (do not thaw) mint sprigs (optional)
Directions:
1. Place the berries in a blender. 2. Add the cranberry juice to within 1 inch of the top of the blender. 3. Blend until the fruit is crushed and mixed. 4. Serve the dessert in a stemmed glass topped with a sprig of mint.
