Believe me, these aren't your average chocolate chip cookies. A little sprinkling of sea salt or fleur de sel on each cookie just puts these Pretzel Chocolate-Peanut Butter Chip Cookies over the top. Ingredients 2 ¼ cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 eggs 1 ½ cup (about 9 oz.) semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips 1 cup (about 6 oz.) peanut butter chips 1 cup pretzel pieces Sea salt or fleur de sel (for sprinkling) DirectionsCombine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.In a large bowl, combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs.Gradually add flour mixture; mix until combined.By hand, stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and pretzel pieces.Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet. Sprinkle the top of each cookie with sea salt or fleur de sel.Bake at 375℉ for 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand on the pan for about a minute or two before removing to a cooling rack.
