Just milk or cream, cheddar and spices. Prep time: 10 min Cook time: 10 min Total time: 20 min Serves: 3 Ingredients: 10 oz broccoli florets 1/4 cup whole milk (or heavy cream)1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated (2 oz) Instructions:Steam the broccoli florets until crisp tender, about 4 minutes.Meanwhile, add the milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder and cayenne to a small saucepan.Whisk to combine.Heat the milk mixture over medium heat.
