Scalloped CornFrom: Jesse @ www.jessieweaver.net/2009/07/family-recipe-fridays-scalloped-corn/This is a dish I used to beg my mom to fix. It is a very old fashioned dish. We usually had it in at Easter. Then all through the summer. This brings back lots of memories for me and my husband. I am going to make it for Easter dinner this year. If you like corn...this is a great casserole. -Loupy Ingredients 1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained 1 can (14.75 oz.) creamed corn 1 1/2 cups milk 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 stick butter (4 T), melted 1 T sugar salt and pepper 1 cup cracker crumbled (Ritz is best)paprikaInstructionsMix together everything but the paprika. Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 F, until mixture is set.
