Cotton Candy Cocktails (A)

This festive cocktail will be a total hit at your next party!
Prep: 5 mins
Yields: 5 cocktails per bottle of bubbles.
Ingredients
1 chilled bottle of Champagne, Prosecco or Cava
cotton candy*
Directions
Place the cotton candy in a flute.
The more you add the darker the color and sweeter the cocktail.
Pour the champagne into the glass.
Top with more cotton candy.
Serve immediately.
*We have several places in town we can get cotton candy. The Royal Fork Buffet is just one.
