What could be better than a drink that is blended with caramel and chocolate in a frozen coffee drink!?! Try this lightened up version, (which also happens to pack a powerful protein punch) and you may never spend your money on another blended drink again.Makes: 1Total time: About 5 min Ingredients 1/2 cup Strong brewed coffee, cooled 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)1/4 cup Low fat cottage cheese (or 1/2 small frozen banana)2 tbs Protein powder1/2 tbs Unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 tsp Caramel extractPinch of Sea Salt2-3 pkts Stevia (or sweetener of choice), to taste1 cup Ice (or to desired consistency)Instructions:Put everything into a blender and blend until creamy consistency is reached!
