They are Gluten-free and super easy.Prep time: 10 min Cook time: 15 min Makes: 24 biscuits Ingredients: 1 cup Almond flour 1/3 cup Coconut flour 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese 2 tsp Gluten-free baking powder 6 cloves Garlic (minced)1 tbsp Dried parsley6 large Eggs1/3 cup Coconut oil (measured solid, then melted; can also use butter)Directions:Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir in wet ingredients. Let the mixture sit for a couple of minutes to thicken.Scoop tablespoonfuls of the dough onto the lined baking sheet and form into rounded biscuit shapes (flatten slightly). A cookie scoop makes this process faster, but you can use your hands too. Dust with additional Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until firm and golden.
