When the bread gets soggy from the sauce… perfection! This is some seriously delicious comfort food, and a family favorite! Serve them on top of my paleo rolls for a deliciously satisfying meal.Preparation 5 min Cook Time 15 min Ingredients 1 lb. grass-fed beef 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 can organic tomato sauce 1 tsp arrowroot 1 tsp vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt 1/2 tbsp dried onion 1 tsp paprika
Instructions In a pan sauté oil and garlic Add in ground beef and let cook until brown Add in tomato sauce, vinegar, mustard, and spices- mix well to combine Add in arrowroot and mix well Reduce heat and let simmer for 8-10 minutes Taste and adjust spices as desired Serve on paleo rolls.
