DIRECTIONS: TO MAKE THE PECANS: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the pecans, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the pecans are toasted (about 8 minutes). Spread the pecans out in a single layer on parchment paper to let them cool. Once the pecans are cool they are ready to eat.
