This supper dish is so easy – you can even use frozen chicken! Take the chicken breasts from the freezer, place them in your pan, top with the bacon and cheese, and put it in the oven! Thats all! Then you can forget about it until supper time!Serves: 4Ingredients 4 Medium-Large Chicken Breasts 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (I used Colby Jack) 1/2 - 3/4 Cup Bacon Pieces 1 Teaspoon Garlic SaltInstructionsPreheat oven to 350. In a 2 quart dish, place frozen chicken breasts. Top with cheese and bacon. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake, uncovered, for 1.5 - 2 hours, depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts. Notes The cook time will vary a large amount according to how thick the chicken breasts are and whether or not they are frozen. I would recommend using a Meat Thermometer to make sure the chicken is an internal temperature of 160-165.
