After preparing a recipe, please store any leftovers in the refrigerator.Prep Time: 20 min Total time: 20 min Serves: 8Ingredients: Crust 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup pecans, chopped 1/8 cup granulated sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 4 Tbs sweet cream butter, melted Filling 2 (8 oz) Lucerne® cream cheese 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt 1/2 cup Lucerne® eggnog 3 Tbs packed brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg
Directions: 1. Combine in a mixing bowl graham cracker crumbs, pecans, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add butter and coat well. Press into a 9-inch pie plate; refrigerate while preparing the filling. 2. In a food processor, whip cream cheese until smooth, about 20 seconds. Add yogurt, eggnog, brown sugar, cinnamon and sugar. Process until well combined. 3. Pour into crust and refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving.
