VEGAN PEANUT BUTTER FREEZER FUDGEFrom: Alyssa Brantley @ www.everydaymaven.com5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge made with pure Maple Syrup and Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. A healthy frozen treat!Prep Time: 5 min Total Time: 5 min Ingredients 1 cup Adams Organic Creamy Salted Peanut Butter 1 cup organic virgin coconut oil 1/4 cup pure Maple syrup 2 T non-dairy milk 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract pinch finely ground sea salt
Instructions Melt coconut oil. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Transfer to a silicone mold or glass baking dish. I used a loaf pan to get a thicker, more fudge-like layer. Pop in the freezer and allow to set for at least 2 hours. Cut into 1" x 1" squares and keep stored in the freezer. Enjoy anytime!
