Watermelon tequila jello shots

I don't usually post recipes like this, but these were so cute I wanted to pass them along. Just make sure these are for an "Adult ONLY Party". Not sure if you could substitute anything for a virgin recipe of these.
Talk about a crowd-pleaser! These adorable jello shots look like mini watermelons, and taste even better. You'll be the hit of any party when you walk in the door with these.
Ingredients:
1 (3 oz) package strawberry Jell-O mix
1 cup tequila
1 cup boiling water
10-15 limes
Black sesame seeds
Rice to put on tray
Directions:
Slice limes lengthwise
Scoop out inside of lime
Add jello mix, boiling water and tequila in a pitcher, whisk
Using a serving tray or cookie sheet that will fit in your refrigerator, spread the rice on top.
Nestle the lime cups into the rice to stand up and not fall over.
Fill lime cups with tequila mixture slowly and do not over fill.
Chill for 4 hours.
Sprinkle sesame seeds so they look like watermelon seeds.
Serve cold.
