This Honey Soy Chicken Drumsticks is a hit with the family EVERY TIME. I’m not kidding! It’s incredibly flavorful and tender, and really helps to satisfy everyone’s sweet and salty cravings. Serve over a bed of fluffy, steamed brown rice and with a side of roasted veggies, and you’ve got a delicious meal in a pinch. Enjoy!Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 60 minutes Passive Time: 90 minutes Servings: 6 Ingredients 2 lbs chicken drumsticks 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce 4 garlic cloves minced Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the chicken. Add in drumsticks. Cover and let marinate at room temperature for about 90 minutes, occasionally rotating drumsticks to coat. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place drumsticks on baking sheet, and cover sheet tightly with foil. Bake for about 40 minutes.
