Almond flour is the key to keeping these gluten free. I used my food processor to mix all the ingredients together. My 3 year old loves to help me in the kitchen and this was the perfect recipe for her to be included. Prep time: 10 min Cook time: 15 min Total time: 25 min Makes: 50 crackers Ingredients ½ cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese ½ tsp of salt ½ tsp of baking soda 1¼ cup of almond flour 1 egg 1½ tablespoons of coconut oil
Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place almond flour, cheese, salt, baking soda in food processor and pulse until combined. Add in egg and oil and pulse until ball forms. Using parchment paper, press dough flat onto baking sheet. Cut your dough into squares. Bake for 12-15 minutes.Notes Optional add ins: Italian seasonings, chili powder, garlic powder, lime.
