Tuna Salad By Loupy
Serves 1 Points = 4
Instructions: 1 - 2.6 ounce pouch tuna in water, drained 1 tsp mayonnaise or Miracle whip 2 T Parmesan cheese
Mix together and serve on whole wheat bread or reduced fat crackers (Points for bread or crackers not included.)
Options: You can add celery, onion or dill pickle to this without changing the points.
