Banana-Chocolate SipperBy Marissa MayhemPhoto by marissamayhemWhen you crave something sweet, cold and chocolatey. Serves: 4Prep time: 5 minutes Ingredients: 2 cups lowfat milk 1 tsp vanilla 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen 3 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tbsps honey Directions: In a blender combine milk, frozen banana, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy.
Note: For frozen banana, peel and slice banana.
Place banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap. Freeze about 1 hour or until firm.
