CHICKEN - RICE CASSEROLE
Makes 5 or 6 servings.
Ingredients: 1 pkg. (10 oz.) broccoli florettes, thawed 2 c. minute rice 2 c. cooked diced chicken 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10 oz.) can chicken and rice soup 1 c. chicken broth 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions: Mix half the cheese with all other ingredients in casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Take off foil and put remaining half of cheese on top. Put back into the oven until cheese melts. Do not burn.
