Directions Wrap the asparagus with the prosciutto. You can either bake in a preheated 450F/230C oven, or grill or fry in a pan over medium-high heat until the asparagus is tender and the prosciutto is crispy on all sides. About 6-10 minutes, flipping half way through.Options:Use bacon instead of prosciutto and bake in a preheated 450F oven, grill or fry in a pan over medium-high heat until the asparagus is tender and the prosciutto is crispy on all sides, about 15-20 minutes. (Pre-cooked bacon will only 6-10 minutes.) Pre-wrap the asparagus the day before. Serve with a soft boiled, poached or fried eggs. Serve with hollandaise sauce. Serve with balsamic reduction.
