This Hot Cranberry Vanilla Drink is a palatable combination of sweet and tangy. This sugar-free pure cranberry juice including drink is seasoned with wonderful vanilla and warm cinnamon. I promise that this drink won’t leave you cold in any sense!
Ingredients: 1 organic vanilla bean 2 organic cinnamon sticks 2 cups = 480 ml filtered water OR spring water 1/3 cup = 80 ml pure 100% cranberry juice 1/3 cup = 80 ml (or to taste) Confectioner’s Style Swerve OR other sweetener to taste
Directions Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise. Scrape the seeds with a large knife. Place the empty bean and the scraped seeds in a saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients. Heat over medium heat. Mix once in a while. When the mixture is boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat. Remove the empty vanilla bean and the cinnamon sticks. Serve immediately from heatproof glasses or mugs.
