Homemade Greek SeasoningFrom:Liz @ pocketchangegourmet.com Greek Seasoning is one of those unusual seasonings. It has a strange blend of spices that at first glance makes you think it wouldn’t be any good. But the ones that surprised Doug and I the most were the cinnamon and nutmeg. But don’t fret we have found it best to blend up a couple of batches and let the spices mingle together for a couple of days before you use them. At first Doug wasn’t sure he wanted to use it, but after it sat for a day, you couldn’t even smell the cinnamon or nutmeg. A great all-purpose seasoning for chicken, beef or even potatoes.
