Minutes to Prepare: 20 Minutes to Cook: 30 Number of Servings: 9 Ingredients 6 cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches 1/2 cup raisins 1 Tbs. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 cup oatmeal 1 Tbs. flour (I use whole wheat) 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 Tbs. butter 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions Use a 2 quart casserole, or a 7"x11" baking dish or a 9"x13" baking dish. Coat with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice peaches (about 3 pounds to make 6 cups more or less) Combine 1 Tbs. sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and sprinkle over peaches. Spoon into prepared dish. Combine oats, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, salt, flour and brown sugar; stir well. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal; sprinkle evenly over peach mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned.
