Asian Pork TenderloinFrom: Stephanie Parker @ www.plainchicken.com/For this freezer meal I have an Asian Pork Tenderloin. This was really good. Super tender and it had tons of flavor. I am not a huge fan of Asian food, but I really enjoyed this pork tenderloin. We served this with some cheesy rice and peas. We ate the leftovers on slider buns and they were delicious!serves 6Ingredients: 2.5 - 3 lbs pork tenderloin 2 Tbsp Asian Seasoning 1 Tbsp dry mustard 1/3 cup pomegranate balsamic vinegar 1 cup chicken broth 1/3 cup honey 1 gallon size freezer bag
Directions: Place all ingredients in gallon freezer bag. Freeze. When ready to cook: Place content of freezer bag in slow cooker and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
