Crock-Pot Mongolian BeefFrom: Kari @ www.mommysfabulousfinds.com/Ingredients 1½ lbs beef flank steak, cut into strips 2 Tbsp olive oil ½ Tsp minced ginger 2 Cloves garlic, minced ¾ cup soy sauce ¾ cup water ¾ cup brown sugar ¼ cup cornstarch ½ cup shredded carrots 3 med green onions, chopped
Instructions Coat the beef flank steak in starch. Add beef flank steak & rest of ingredients to gallon sized zip-lock bag. Seal bag closed. Put name of meal and date on the bag and place in freezer. When ready to use, thaw in fridge for 24 hours. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low 4-5 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
