Chicken Cordon Bleu Bubble UpBy Stephanie Parker @ www.plainchicken.com/This recipe is a great way to use up some of the leftover ham. I love the combination of chicken, ham and cheese. I used some rotisserie chicken and this came together in about 5 minutes. It was ready before my oven had preheated! Love these kinds of recipes. This tasted fantastic!
serves 6 Ingredients: 2 cups chopped cooked chicken 1 cup diced ham 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce 2 cups Greyere or Swiss cheese 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury Grands Jr flaky biscuits 1 cup broccoli florets or 1/2 cup peas(optional)
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Cut biscuits into quarters. Place in medium bowl. Toss biscuits with Alfredo sauce, chicken, ham and 1 cup of cheese. Add in broccoli or peas if using. Pour mixture into prepared 9x13-inch pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are done.
