Homemade Ketchup From the Thrive diet By: Brendan Brazier
makes about 3 cups
Ingredients: 4 fresh or soaked dried dates 1 chopped tomato 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup agave nector 1/4 cup hemp or EFA oil blend 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp oregano Sea salt to taste
Directions: In a food processor, process all ingredients until smooth. Keep refrigerated for up to 4 weeks.
