Crock Pot Bacon, Potato, Corn Chowder From: Deanna Samaan @ www.seductioninthekitchen.com/Ingredients: 4 medium potatoes, chopped 1/2 cup green onion, chopped pepper to taste 2 cloves of minced garlic 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup 1 package of Green Giant Nibblets Corn in butter sauce 1 teaspoon marjoram 1 8 ounce can of evaporated milk 1 1/2 cups of milk 1/2 cup of heavy cream 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 8 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions: Basically, you put everything but the cheese and bacon into the crock pot. Stir it up so it is all blended. Let it cook on low for about 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender. Add the bacon and cheese, cook for another 30 minutes till the cheese melts into it. You can add more cheese if you like. When it is all done spoon it into some bowls and ENJOY!
