Directions: Spray twenty cups in muffin trays with cooking spray. From there, thinly chop the red bell pepper, zucchini and onion. Place them into a bowl and add the ground turkey, egg, uncooked couscous, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Stir it well. Next, spoon the mixture into each muffin cup no more than three quarters full. On the top, add one teaspoon of the barbecue sauce. Place in the oven and cook for twenty five minutes at four hundred degrees.
