Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal

This cinnamon roll baked oatmeal is like a homemade gourmet version of those little instant oatmeal packets. But this is so easy to make. Really easy.
It is almost as easy to makes as those little packets, but the taste is so much better.
Ingredients:
3 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup heavy cream, you can use milk, but cream makes this richer and creamier
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients, except glaze, and stir until well combined.
Spread into a 9×13 pan or into individual ramekins.
Bake for 20-25 minutes for 9×13 pan and 12-14 minutes if using ramekins.
Combine glaze ingredients and stir until smooth.
Drizzle over hot oatmeal.
Serve and enjoy!
If there is any left, it reheats nicely.
