No Boil Chicken Alfredo SkilletFrom:Stephanie Parker @ www.plainchicken.com/Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken breasts 1-2 Tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 3/4 cups low sodium chicken broth 1 1/4 cups heavy cream 8 oz penne pasta 2 cups grated parmesan cheese salt to taste pepper to taste
Instructions: Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Pour olive oil into large skillet and add chicken. Cook chicken until browned, about 6 minutes. Add garlic. Cook 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add pasta, chicken broth and heavy cream. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until pasta is tender.
