No-Cook Protein Bar Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user HAWGWILD1. From Oxygen magazine
Servings Per Recipe: 9
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Uncooked Quaker Quick Oatmeal 2 scoops Chocolate protein powder 2 TBSP Ground Flax Seed Meal 1 Cup Skim Milk Powder 1/4 Cup smooth, light peanut butter 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1/2 cup Craisins (or raisins) 1/4 - 1/2 cup water may want to add some stevia or other sweetner (optional; to taste: not in the nutritional info)
Directions:
Spray an 8 inch square pan with non-stick spray. In bowl, whisk together peanut butter, water and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Spread into pan and freeze for an hour or refridgerate overnight, until squares can be cut. Wrap individually.
