Cranberry Meatballs
Ingredients: 2 lbs chop meat 2 eggs 1 large onion garlic to taste 1 cup flavored bread crumbs 1/2 cup grated carrots
Mix and fry meatballs - makes 50/70 meatballs Sauce 1 16 oz can whole cranberry sauce 1 16 oz Chile sauce
Instructions: Combine and boil, pour over meatballs in 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees or you can put then into a crock pot on low for 4 hours. I have had this recipe for years and have no idea where it came from. It is a favorite in winter in my family.
