Weight Watchers Honey Chipotle Grilled Chicken www.slenderkitchen.com/Servings: 4 servings Ingredients 1.25 lbs. chicken breast 2 chipotles in adobo, seeded 2 garlic cloves 1/3 cup ketchup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup honey
Instructions Pulse everything but the chicken together in a food processor or blender. Season with chicken with salt and pepper. Cook on a medium hot grill or grill pan for about 5 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the breasts. Dip the grilled breasts in the sauce to coat.
