Homemade Hand CleanerFrom Merissa @ www.littlehouseliving.com/What You Need:
1/2 c. oats (I used rolled oats although I don't think it matters) 1/2 c. raw sugar 1/2 c. coconut milk or goat's milk (the carton, not the canned version) 1/4 c. olive oil A few drops of Vitamin E oil
Method Pour the oats into a blender and blend until they make a course powder. Pour the blended oats into a bowl, add in the sugar, olive oil, and Vitamin E (will help preserve).
Add in the milk last, you may want to add more or less depending on how thick you want the scrub to be.
Pour the finished mixture into a jar or container and set next to your sink to use when you wash your hands. To restore your hands you don't need to use it every time you wash, but once or twice a day should help. Remember that this is an all natural mixture and won't last long sitting out so you could keep it in the fridge to extend it's life or make a smaller batch that you can use up in about a week.(For pictures of the process, please check out her blog @ www.littlehouseliving.com/)Copyright © 2013 Little House Living Inc.
