Within it all Give yourself fully to the experience of this moment. All you are, is here, and now, and it is rich beyond all measure.
Fall gently into the loving, supportive arms of life right now. Feel the warm, healing goodness that comes from being free of judgment, worry, anger and stress.
Know throughout the whole of your being that all is well. Give the entirety of your awareness to the intensely magnificent goodness that is your existence. Love is your nature, joy is your nature, and fulfillment is your destiny. Walk the path, step by step, simply because it is so stunningly beautiful at every turn.
Within you is a great, deep, rich reservoir of value. Amazingly, the more freely you allow that value to flow into all of life, the more of it there is. Be, now, here, with grace, completeness, and joy. All is well, and within you, and you within it all. — Ralph Marston Read more: greatday.com/motivate/130312.html#ixzz2NM5sWe7i

Everything to be You have nothing to prove and everything to be. What matters is the truth of who you are, not the way you appear to others. In that pure, uncorrupted truth is an endless reservoir of real value. In that truth is beauty, goodness, love and fulfillment beyond everything you have ever thought to seek. Give the honest truth of yourself, and you have no reason to strive or worry about making a good impression. Give the authentic truth of yourself, for it is the most loving, compassionate, uplifting and enabling thing you can do. You do not have to strive against your own thoughts of limitation. Allow your unique beauty to continually unfold, and experience the power of how good and right it feels. You do not have to be held captive by the thoughts or actions of others, or even by your perceptions of those thoughts and actions. You can allow yourself to be, positive and whole and fulfilled, now and always. You have everything to be. Feel the miracle of your existence, and fill the world with joy. — Ralph Marston Read more: greatday.com/motivate/130313.html#ixzz2NScV3wXM

Now is your treasure The only way to enjoy life is to enjoy the moment. The time to experience fulfillment is now.
If it is not now, it is a memory or a speculation. Now is what there is, and it far exceeds being more than enough.
To be truly happy in your life is a matter of simply being happy in the moment. If you limit your happiness to what has been or what might someday be, you cannot be happy.
The way to do what you love is to put real, authentic love into whatever you do. Now is when fulfillment happens and it is always yours to choose.
Instead of obsessing over what could have been or what might could be, celebrate the immense beauty of what is. Open yourself to that beauty and let it fill your awareness.
Now is your treasure and your treasure is now. Live it, now. — Ralph Marston Read more: greatday.com/motivate/130314.html#ixzz2NZ5uGrIF

Let go of fear Fear can be comforting because it is so familiar. And yet, it is a false comfort that serves only to bring you down. Fear gives you permission to withdraw from life, to hide from life, and to avoid any kind of effort or action. But deep down, you know that’s not what you truly want. Instead of seeking the comfort of the same old fears, choose to allow yourself the joy of living. Instead of hiding away from life, remind yourself of the beautiful, unique, miraculous nature of your existence. Regardless of what you’ve convinced yourself to believe, you do not have to live in fear. The choice to live from a perspective of love is instantly available to you at any time, in any situation. The power of your fear is nothing more than the power you have given it. You can choose, right now, and always, to let it go. Let the fear go, and live your life with the power of love. In love is the power to change your whole world. — Ralph Marston Read more: greatday.com/motivate/130315.html#ixzz2NdjvdlIm

Need no more Even the smallest need puts you in a state of lack and limitation. So make it your firm intention to focus on the possibilities rather than on the perception of need. Consider that in this moment, right now, you need nothing, because you already are here, alive, aware, and capable of so very much. Free yourself from the thought of need, and step forward into your most valuable possibilities. Compared to how very much you have, there is almost nothing you really need. Give your time, awareness and energy to the abundance, and make the good, valuable parts of your life even more prominent. Make each day, each action, each thought and word your own positive and empowering choice. Focus on all you have to live and to give. If you ever feel that there’s something you need, quickly let that thought go. Then make the positive choice to create, and move forward with the power of authentic purpose. Fill your mind with positive possibilities, and fill your moments with positive action. Fill your heart with sincere gratitude, and there will be no place in you for need. — Ralph Marston Read more: greatday.com/motivate/130316.html#ixzz2NvS8W29A

Listen to life Listen to life, and to those who are living life, without judgment, without fear and without any preconceived agenda. Just listen and experience. Truly listen to what others tell you without being distracted by thoughts of how you will reply. Listen, for there is so much you can hear. Seek not to argue, explain, impress or convince. Listen so that you can more fully understand. Listen to learn and to know. Listen to make a deep and valuable connection. Listen, not just with your mind but with your heart as well. Listen not just to the words and sounds but also to the meanings they convey. Each new day, all of life joins together in a new and beautiful song. Listen, and live the richness. — Ralph Marston Read more: greatday.com/motivate/130318.html#ixzz2NvSag67e

Make joy now Take what you have, take what you see, take what you do, take what you are, and make joy with it. Instead of waiting or hoping or wishing or planning for joy, make joy now. Energize your actions by giving them joy. Elevate your relationships by putting your own authentic joy into them. Instead of striving for joy to be the result, make joy the cause. Do whatever you do with joyfulness, and whatever you do will bring great value. Remind yourself what an awesome privilege it is to be you, here, now. Feel the clear, pure joy of your existence and let that joy continually flow from you. Live this moment now from a higher, more powerful perspective. Live this moment now in joy. Choose to let joy be your natural, instinctive state. Make joy now, and always, and make all of life more gloriously alive. — Ralph Marston Read more: greatday.com/motivate/130319.html#ixzz2O6hJ8wVY

The time to act The sooner you deal with a difficult situation, the less time you’ll spend living with it. The sooner you take advantage of the positive possibilities, the more time you’ll spend enjoying the rewards. The time to act is now, when you have the thought, intention and reason to act. Now is when you’re clear about why, and now is when your passion is engaged, so put it to meaningful use. By all means put care and consideration into what you do. Yet don’t let care and consideration be the only thing you do. The sooner you take action, the more leverage you have. The sooner you take action, the more thorough and effective you can be. The situation will not change by pretending it’s something different or by wishing it away. The situation will change when you act to make a difference, and the time to do that is now. Give yourself a break from worry, anxiety, and difficulties that pile on top of difficulties. Take control, act positively and quickly, and make your world better by what you choose to do. — Ralph Marston Read more: greatday.com/motivate/130320.html#ixzz2O6hsZiON

Positive, purposeful path There’s plenty of negativity that comes into your life. And you can let it go just as quickly as it comes. To empower yourself, you don’t have to grab hold of anything new. Let go of all the negative stuff, and you’ll find that the power has been there all along. You can’t avoid all the negative people, situations, words and events. You can, however, choose precisely what to do with each of them within yourself. The most effective thing to do is to focus your awareness, your energy and your efforts elsewhere. Allow your beautiful, unique purpose to push you forward. The negativity exists, and you cannot help but notice it. But you don’t have to let it be yours. As soon as you encounter negativity, remind yourself to let it go. Rise above it, and move right ahead on your positive, purposeful path. — Ralph Marston Read more: greatday.com/motivate/130321.html#ixzz2ODMfsLPv

Empowered by your thoughts It’s easy to get drawn into self-defeating thought patterns. Fortunately, it’s also easy to change your thoughts so they empower you. Instead of thinking by habit, make the decision to think by choice. Instead of nurturing the same old thoughts, align your thoughts with your purpose, your goals, your values and your dreams. For example, you don’t have to assume that the most negative outcome will occur. You can just as easily and just as realistically assume that you’ll create the most positive possible outcome. There are already enough obstacles in your life. There’s nothing to be gained by having to fight and struggle against your own thoughts. Choose to think the best about yourself, your world, and the people and events in it. When you focus on the best, you enable, empower, motivate and encourage yourself to create the best. Your most consistent thoughts have a real and significant impact on the way you act. Choose your best thoughts, let them guide your best actions, and live a life that’s rich and fulfilled. — Ralph Marston Read more: greatday.com/motivate/130322.html#ixzz2OI22VRfB

Love the effort To do your best at the effort, love the effort. Rather than avoiding and delaying and cursing what you must do, dive into it with gratitude and enthusiasm. If it must be done, you might as well do it in your most effective and creative state. Instead of assuming that any particular task is undesirable, approach it as the very best thing you could be doing at the moment. Those who assume that effort is a curse are repeatedly beaten down by the efforts they must make. Those who see effort, any effort, as a blessing end up being truly blessed by those efforts. It’s your choice, so make the smart, empowering one. Decide to embrace, enjoy and love the effort, and you’ll reap great benefits from it. The ability to make a difference by taking action is an essential element of life. Choose to rejoice at every opportunity to do so. Lose the complaints, the self-pity, the feelings of frustration, and love the effort. Love the effort you give to life, and discover how much the whole of life loves you back. — Ralph Marston Read more: greatday.com/motivate/130323.html#ixzz2ONu2y6U3

Encouraging break When life has repeatedly dragged you down, that’s a great time to remind yourself of how beautiful and joyful life can be. When it feels like you can’t catch a break, that’s a great time to give yourself a positive, encouraging break. Sure, you’ve had a rough spell, and guess what? You’ve made it through. Now is your opportunity to keep going. It won’t be easy, and yet it may very well turn out to be the best thing that’s ever happened to you. Every difficult day makes you stronger. Every challenge you work through makes you that much more capable of working through even bigger and more rewarding challenges. There is joy to be found in all of life, even in the painful times. There is goodness to be created in every situation, especially the difficult and trying ones. Life can be tough, and yet you can always be stronger. Whole and indivisible When you are getting the best of what you desire, it means you have been giving the best of who you are. When you are experiencing genuine fulfillment, it means you have been living with unceasing authenticity. There’s no way to get around the fact that life is whole and indivisible. What you get and what you experience are inseparable from the way you choose to think, to feel and to be. What you do in one area of your life exerts a sure and unavoidable effect on other areas of your life. What you think and say and feel and do cannot be removed from all that you are. It is pointless to seek unfair advantage, because you end up being the victim of your own deviousness. In the same way, it is always beneficial to be loving and compassionate, because the goodness you create flows into your life just as much as any other life. If you conduct your life through conflict, you make yourself a victim of conflict. When you conduct your life with love and authenticity, you lift up the whole of life into which you are inextricably woven. There is no here and there or this and that, for it all exists together. Be good to it all, and feel the goodness you give as it reverberates everywhere. — Ralph Marston Read more: greatday.com/motivate/130326.html#ixzz2OzLve8ga

Your great value Your value is not in what you try to be or in what you pretend to be. Your great value is in who you are. It serves no purpose to blindly grab and obsess over the world’s superficial trinkets. Choose instead to allow life’s limitless abundance to flow through you in beautiful, original, unique ways. Don’t waste your energy worrying about what you do or do not have, or about what you might or might not experience. Give joy to each moment, where you are, as it is, and find great fulfillment. Spend this day living and being, loving, learning, caring and giving. You are alive, aware, and blessed with a world of possibilities, so act like it. Let joy be your default setting. Give all you can The meaning of just about anything in life comes from the time, effort and energy you give it. Anything you get for free, with no work or commitment or attention, is worth about what you pay for it, which is nothing. To wish for a life that is always easy and free of effort is to wish for a life with very little fulfillment. Before you complain about life being difficult, remember that much of life’s richness comes from working to transcend the difficulties. A good life is a life filled with meaningful effort. Every challenge brings multiple opportunities to respond with good, useful, rewarding effort. When all you expect is to get something for nothing, the most you can get is nothing. Yet when you make the most of each opportunity to give of yourself, there is no limit to the value and goodness you can enjoy. Do you ever feel sorry for yourself because you have so much work to do? The next time you sense that feeling coming on, make the choice to turn it around. Joyfully and enthusiastically embrace the effort, and the opportunity to make a difference. Life is good when you give yourself to it, so make it your business to give all you can. — Ralph Marston Read more: greatday.com/motivate/130329.html#ixzz2OzUnIYZb

Quit fighting against the fact that you have to get it done. Start finding ways to enjoy and to give value to the experience.
When you choose to love what you’re doing you’ll always be able to do what you love. It is a truly rich and fulfilling way to live.
In this moment is everything you now are, everything you now have. So allow whatever you’re doing to add positive value to the moment.

The good stuff Every moment you spend thinking about the bad stuff pushes that much more of the good stuff away. That’s certainly not what you want. Every time you complain, you create more to complain about. Every time you feel sorry for yourself, you give yourself even more reasons to feel sorry. Life does not throw negative things your way. Life throws all sorts of varied and diverse things your way, and you often choose to interpret them negatively. What if you could choose differently? The fact is, you always can. Life can be extremely difficult. But that doesn’t mean you have to see it, and think of it, and live it that way. No matter how overwhelming the bad stuff may seem to be, focus on the good stuff, on the love and joy and positive possibilities. A new pattern Every burden you carry was created in the past. Now would be a good time to leave them there. When you hold on to resentment, you are continuing to punish yourself for the wrongs that others have done. There’s really no good reason to do that. Just because you have been disappointed in life a hundred times doesn’t mean you must be disappointed again. Today is a new day, and beginning a new pattern is just as realistic and accessible as continuing the old one. Your future depends on your expectations, your choices and your actions. Don’t fill it with useless and burdensome negativity from the past. Look forward, and look at the best within yourself when setting your expectations. Create a new, shining story of achievement and fulfillment, and get busy living that story. The only way the past or anything else can hold you back, is if you let it. You can decide to take action, and as soon as you act you begin to literally change the world. There is no limit to the value you can create or to the goodness you can spread. Love, joy and kindness are able to flow continuously from you in ways that are as unique and beautiful as each moment. You are amazing, and all of life is so very fortunate to have you and to know you. You are amazing, and the more you give of your amazing gifts, the more amazing you become. Original Don’t limit yourself by what has already been done. You can do so very much more. Don’t get too caught up in making judgments about what might or might not work. Put your authentic effort and creativity out there, and you’ll find out soon enough what works and what doesn’t. Safely following the crowd is not the strategy of a leader. The way to achieve what’s never been achieved is to do what’s never been done. You are not a job title or a demographic data point or a technique or a college degree. You can do anything Somewhere deep inside, you know you can do anything. But it’s frightening, uncomfortable and inconvenient to think about, so you choose to pretend it’s not true. It is very easy and comforting to make excuses. So all too often, that’s all that ever happens. But what if you decided to stop arguing in favor of your limitations? What if you made the choice to allow your life to fulfill your greatest possibilities? When you stop complaining that you can’t, is when you can. When you stop defending your lack of progress, you can begin to make incredible progress. Yes, life is tough and filled with all sorts of big, imposing challenges. The power of joy See the things you do not as work, but as opportunities for joy. Put the power of joy into the entirety of your day, into the whole of your life. You can always choose your perspective, no matter what may be going on around you. Living from a perspective of joy and positive presence gives you great power to manifest that joy in the world at large. Don’t limit the joy in your life by thinking of it only as something you must find or acquire. See joy as one of the greatest gifts you have to give, to yourself and to all of life. You don’t have to live in a fantasy world or deny reality in order to be joyful. Simply release joy from the limitations and conditions you have placed on it, and it can always be a very real, and realistic, part of your experience. The place to always find joy is in your miraculous existence. Allow that joy to flavor each moment, each situation, every effort and every choice. Full richness of now What you let go of in any moment is finite. What you can gain, what you can become by doing so is limitless. The stories you continue repeating about your past can keep you from living the full richness of now. Lovingly, peacefully let them go and let yourself be, here and now, with life’s abundance fully flowing. Feel the intense and magnificent freedom of living by choice, with purpose and love, in the moment that is. Delight in the opportunity to act, to create, to experience and to be. Choose to live from a perspective where fear, anger, resentment and worry have no relevance. See the remarkable value that is already yours, that is in you, that is here now for you to creatively live. Even the seemingly monumental concerns are trivial compared to the positive possibilities that are here now for you to allow. Let go of your need to strive against the problems, and let your life create so much new value that the problems are no longer problems. Now is here for you to make the most of, so joyfully allow yourself to do it. Peacefully confident Whatever may come, you can handle. However this day may play out, you can bring new goodness and value to life. Set your goals, make your plans, and commit to your intentions. Then allow them all to unfold as they will. Many times the best, most effective way is not the way you originally envisioned. Be willing to learn, to adapt and to celebrate the many ways in which life can go your way. Remain committed to your intentions, and what seem to be setbacks are not really setbacks at all. When you are driven by authentic purpose, whatever may happen will surely and eventually lead to the fulfillment of that purpose. Live each moment with the confidence of knowing that you are heading in the direction you’ve chosen. Rise above the minor ups and downs, focused always on the positive purpose that pushes you ever forward. Today is another rich and fulfilling part of the journey. Take control If you don’t think you can, think again. Yes, you absolutely can, and will, achieve what you sincerely desire to achieve. Every day of your life, you’ve achieved something. Your choices, whatever they may have been, have brought you to where you are right now. The choices you make today, the priorities you set and follow, will determine where your life goes next. Look forward, envision life at its very best for you and all your world, and then step squarely in that direction. Let go of the need to pity yourself or to see yourself as some kind of victim. Reach into your unique, beautiful essence and feel the power you have to choose, to act, and to make a difference. If you feel that life will disappoint you, it will. Yet when you choose to take control, you absolutely will make life into whatever you wish. Expect the very best, in every moment, on every day.
