Have you ever made banana bread and put chocolate chips in it only to have them sink down to the bottom? This little tip will prevent that from happening. Before adding the chocolate chips to the batter, coat them with flour. Just put them in a bowl with about a tablespoon for flour and shake it around. This will make them stick in the batter and not sink down to the bottom!
