Eggs Fantastic
Yield 12 large slices Great for dinner then eat the leftovers for breakfast. We have loved this recipe for years. Ingredients 1 lb sausage 1/4 lb sliced mushrooms 1 minced onion 8 Eggs 3 T Sour Cream 6 T Hot Sauce 8 oz Grated Cheddar Cheese 8 oz Grated Mozarella Cheese 4 oz grated american cheese Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease 9×13 pan. 2. Combine sausage, mushrooms and onion in large skillet, Cook until browned and drain 3. Combine eggs and sour cream in blender. Whip one minute. Pour into baking pan and bake app. 7 min. until eggs are set. 4. Spoon hot sauce over eggs, top with sausage mixture and end with cheese. 5. To serve immediately, broil until cheese melts. To serve next day refrigerate then bake for 30 min at 325. Can be frozen.
