Taco Chili From: Debbi does Dinner
Ingredients: 1 large onion, chopped 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed 1 can tomato sauce (16 oz) 2 cups frozen corn or a can of corn 2 cans Rotel with green chiles Taco Seasoning ** 2 lbs. chicken breasts
**Taco Seasoning 3 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. cumin 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper 1 tsp. oregano 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. pepper
Instructions: Combine everything in a slow cooker and cook on low for 10 hours or high for about 6 hours. Half hour before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir.
