Cucumber Radish SlawSeasoned with a light vinaigrette, this easy salad is a fresh-tasting partner for grilled steak or chops. MAKES: 2 servings SERVING SIZE: 3/4 cup Ingredents: 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon olive oil 1/4 teaspoon sugar or sugar substitute* equivalent to 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon onion powder Dash salt Dash ground black pepper 1/4 of a medium English cucumber, thinly sliced (1 cup) 1/2 cup radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced 1/4 of a medium red medium tomato, seeded and thinly sliced
Instructions: In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sugar, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add cucumber, radishes and tomato. Toss to coat.
