Prep Time: 15 Min Cook Time: 20 Min Ready In: 35 Min Yield 6 servings Ingredients 6 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed 1/2 cup warm milk 1/4 cup butter or margarine 3/4 teaspoon salt Dash pepper
Directions Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Cover and bring to a boil; cook for 20-25 minutes or until very tender. While potatoes are cooking. Put the milk and butter in another saucepan and slowly warm until butter is melted (DO NOT boil the milk and butter) stir. When potatoes are cooked through, drain well.
