Simple Chicken Pot pie
Ingredients 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 C. milk 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 2 C. cubed, cooked chicken 2 C. frozen mixed vegetables (or vegetables of your choice.) 12-count pkg. refrigerated biscuits
Directions In an 8-inch square baking dish, mix soup, milk and thyme. Stir in chicken and mixed vegetables. Bake at 375 degrees until hot. Top with biscuits and bake as directed for biscuits until golden.
