Out of this World Oatmeal Raisin Cookies This recipe makes: 24 cookies Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time : 12 minutes Ingredients: vegetable cooking spray 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/3 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup raisins
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 375°F. Lightly spray two baking sheets with the cooking spray. 2. Set out a large bowl and let combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 3.
