Beefy Fajitas with a Twist From: Campbell's Kitchen
Makes 8 fajitas.
Prep/Cook: 20 minutes
Ingredients: 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 lb. boneless beef top round steak, cut into strips 1 medium green pepper, cut into 2" strips 1 medium onion, sliced 1 can (10 1/4 oz.) Campbell's® Beef Gravy 8 flour tortillas (8-inch), warmed Shredded Cheddar cheese Pace® Thick & Chunky Salsa
Directions: HEAT oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often.
ADD pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.
ADD gravy and heat through. Sthingy beef mixture into tortillas. Top with cheese and salsa and wrap.
TIP: Serve with Mexican-style rice or refried beans. For dessert serve vanilla pudding.
