From: Jessica @ therealfoodrds.com/instant-pot-baby-back-ribs/
Love the taste of BBQ baby back ribs but don’t love the wait? These babies are ready in under an hour making them perfect for weekday meals. You read that right. These Instant Pot Baby Back ribs are ready in under an hour! And if you ask my family, they’re every bit as good as the real thing. The only ‘bad’ thing is that you can only do one rack at a time, which at our house means there’ll be no leftovers.
Prep time: 10 min
Cook time: 40 min
Total time: 50 min
Serves: 4

Spice rub:
½ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. smoked paprika
½ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
