EASY PEPPERONI PIZZA BALLS

When packing that lunch box starts to get boring, these Pizza Balls are sure to please kids and adults alike. These can be frozen or made the same day. All instructions are in the directions.
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
15 ounces Refrigerated Biscuit
½ cups Italian Blend Cheese, Shredded
⅓ cups dice Black Olives, Sliced, Canned
½ teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
2 ounces Pepperoni, Sliced
Make It Now
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Cut biscuits into fourths and place into a large bowl.
Add the cheese, black olives, garlic, Italian seasoning and pepperoni; mix well.
Spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and fill 3/4 of the way full with biscuit mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
Freeze For Later
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Cut biscuits into fourths and place into a large bowl.
Add the cheese, black olives, garlic, Italian seasoning and pepperoni; mix well.
Spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and fill 3/4 of the way full with biscuit mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
Place on a baking sheet and flash freeze.
After freezing, divide into indicated number of freezer bags.
Label and freeze.

SERVING DAY DIRECTIONS
Reheat in microwave for 1 minute.
Make as an Appetizer
Appetizer Directions
You could definitely make them in a mini muffin pan for appetizers.
I would cook at the same temperature for about 5 minutes less.
Keep a close eye on them.
Put pizza sauce out for dipping if desired.
