Turkey Sweet Potato Chili (1 Cup = Approximately 4 SmartPoints)

Yield: 8
Ingredients
2 lbs. of 93% Lean Ground Turkey (or 80% Lean Ground Beef)
1 Yellow Onion, chopped
2 (15 oz) cans of tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) can of diced tomatoes
1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Medium Sweet Potato, Peeled and Chopped
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp Salt
Optional Toppings
Sour Cream
Cheese
Avocado
Bacon
Tortilla Chips
Raw Onion
Greek Yogurt
Instructions
Cook onion and brown meat until no longer pink.
Add all other ingredients and simmer 1-2 hours.
Notes
1 Cup = Approximately 4 SmartPoints
If you are planning ahead, this taste even better the next day!
