Honey Citrus Rib Glaze designedbybh.com/This glaze was used on baby back pork ribs. You can use on ribs or the meat of your choice during grilling or roasting.Ingredients 1/2 cup Honey 2/3 cup Orange Juice 1/3 cup Lemon Juice 1/2 tablespoon Dale's Steak Seasoning Pepper to taste
Instructions In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until glaze is reduced and slightly thickened. When in the last 30 minutes of grilling, brush on both sides of meat and don't touch the lid for 30 minutes.
