Apricot glaze or Dipping sauce From:Cook's® Ham
Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients: 1/2 cup apricot preserves 1/2 cup dried apricots, minced 2 tablespoons chili sauce 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish 2 teaspoons dry mustard
Directions: To prepare glaze or dipping sauce, combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat gently. Stirring occasionally.
For Glaze Brush glaze on your Cook's ham 30 minutes before meat is done. Heat ham uncovered for final 30 minutes.
For Dipping sauce Follow cooking instructions above. At the last minute put sauce in bowl with spoon. Use it for dipping shrimp, cubed ham, veggies or sliced fruit.
